Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma met President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at Nigeria’s Presidential Villa in Abuja on Wednesday, holding talks focused on national development, security, economic growth and ongoing infrastructure projects in the southeastern state.
Speaking to journalists after the meeting, Uzodimma said discussions centred on key national issues, including efforts to strengthen security, sustain economic reforms and accelerate development across the country.
The meeting comes as Nigeria continues to pursue economic reforms and infrastructure investments aimed at boosting growth while addressing security challenges in several parts of the country.
Infrastructure development and improved security remain central to the government’s strategy for attracting investment and supporting economic activity.
